Project Overview

PlanetFab defined and developed the brand strategy, visual identity, verbal identity, and digital presence for Halcyon Theatricals, an independent Broadway producing and consulting company founded by Tony Award-winning producers Hal Luftig, Cathy Dantchik, and Kevin Connor.

The engagement transformed a newly formed company with formidable individual experience into a distinct theatrical brand. The work established who Halcyon is, what differentiates its approach to Broadway producing and consulting, and how it should communicate with investors, artists, co-producers, collaborators, and future clients.

The Challenge

What began as a request to reconsider an existing identity became a full strategic reset. Halcyon needed clarity to define itself, language to explain its value, and a visual system that could represent the company it was becoming.
